Four Initial Yoga Therapy Sessions

Four initial yoga therapy sessions (#1 - #4); each session is 60 minutes long. The first session consists of an intake, assessment and goal planning. The second session will discuss and practice the treatment plan. The remaining sessions consist of yoga movement (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and mindfulness, affirmations (sankalpa), and resources for at-home practices (sadhana).
