About Shannon

Shannon Massie Eisner’s goal as a leadership coach is to help people sort through the pressures of a full life, tame their “to-do” lists, find ways to slow down and still get things done. As a former manager and Marine officer, Shannon has over 20 years of professional experience and understands what it’s like to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment.
Her Master's in Human Relations is the academic basis for her coaching, and Shannon also completed the 18 month MentorCoach® program. She was in the first cohort to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and has taken over 100 additional training hours in coaching.
Shannon has 1500 training hours in yoga, of which 900 are specifically in Yoga Therapy, along with 200 hours of training in Ayurveda and holistic health. Shannon has been teaching yoga for 11 years, yoga therapy for 9 years, and has over 1000 teaching hours.
Shannon has lived in Europe and Asia for ten years, Hawaii for another ten years and speaks six languages. She is a lifelong learner who recently completed a Master's in Natural Resources with a Graduate Certificate in Leadership for Global Sustainability. With her diverse career experiences, her strengths include cultural adaptability and compassion. Shannon has tremendous empathy for the challenges leaders face with work-life balance, and is grateful for the opportunity to support them in their transformation to living better.
