Includes breathing techniques, gentle stretching and guided meditation.
Available in-person in Tucson, AZ or via secure 
telehealth virtually.*

What to expect: 

An intake session assessing your current health concerns,
presenting symptoms, injuries,
posture, range of motion, and
your goals for yoga therapy

Holistic lifestyle practices
and evidence-based practices 
from biopsychosocial and spiritual models

 Client-centered affirmations (sankalpa),
movement, breathing techniques, and meditation

Resources such as biomechanical education,
pain care science 
or at-home practices (sadhana) to support
your goals for improved well-being

Yoga Therapy movement can include:

Fascial Reintegration
Core Strengthening
Somatic movements to reset neural pathways
Body awareness such as
proprioception and ​interoception 

Yoga Therapy can also incorporate:

Vocalizing tonal vibrations (bija mantras)
Symbolic hand gestures (mudras)
Holistic Ayurvedic practices for improved lifestyle balance

Yoga Therapy participants have experienced:

Decreased pain
​Reduced stress
Improved sleep
Improved mood regulation
Reduced physical tension


*Telehealth sessions are via a secure online platform that is
HIPAA, GDPR, CPRA, PHIPA and PIPEDA compliant and is
