Listening to a teleseminar this week, one of the participants commented that she felt really behind. The moderator noted that feeling stems from a Western mindset which creates anxiety, urgency and even a sense of panic. An Eastern approach is that we are where we need to be: we learn and grow at the pace that is right for us.
